The master bedroom suite, pictured above, has a welcoming tropical theme, and features a king size bed with hotel quality luxury mattress and bedding, TV, DVD and VCR, a huge marble shower and two marble sinks with plenty of closet and drawer space. The master suite has its own sliding doors to the large terrace. You will truly enjoy the master bedroom's ultra soft chaise lounge, which overlooks the sea. With table and lamp, this chaise is the perfect space for reading and watching the waves and sunset. Most of the year, the breathtaking sunset is visible right from the condo.
Pictured at left is the dining area which features carved fruitwood furnishings, a stunning wrought iron chandelier and five oversized dining chairs for your comfort. Although the building's water is purified, a five gallon water dispenser, with instant hot and cold water, is provided for your absolute comfort and peace of mind. This is another of the above-and-beyond amenities offered to our guest in East 408. There is seating for five at the table, plus three bar stools for a very comfortable dinner for eight. Also, on the balcony there is a dining table and chairs for six people.
The well-thought out decor of condo East 408 is reflected in the ample seating in the dining room, patio and living room for six or more persons. Many other condos may sleep six or eight people, but only offer seating in the living and dining areas for four. This is one of the many details of East 408 that you will surely appreciate.
 Pictured at right is the spacious living area of Sonoran Sun Resort East 408. It features a large overstuffed sofa, which can easily convert to a queen-size bed. The love seat is actually a dual recliner - the absolute best seats in the house for watching DVD's and VHS movies on the 32" JVC low-glare flat-panel TV.
The entire living room has an incredible ocean front view, with the entire south wall in glass (including a sliding door) so you enjoy the sea view from everywhere in this amazing living space. Kick back in the deep recliner chair, watch the waves and enjoy your favorite book, or read one from our library!
The kitchen is bright, modern, elegant and easy to enjoy. It features slab granite countertops and backsplahes, smooth top stove, full size upgraded Whirlpool refrigerator, mcrowave and dishwasher. The  kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, margarita glasses and wine glasses to accomodate your vacation without having to wash dishes very often. A stocked spice rack as well as a toaster, blender, mixerand coffee maker, cookware and tupperware will make you feel right at home.
Guests are permitted to bring a "George Foreman" type electric (no smoke allowed) grill which you will surely enjoy for grilling out on the large balcony.
The guest bedroom (below) is decorated in a bright, fun "Surf Mexico" theme complete with original artwork and paintings. The arrangement of this room is unique to Sonoran Sun, with two full  beds. Most rental units feature a king bed or two twins. The two double beds offers you maximum comfort and flexibility in your sleeping arrangements. The beds feature 'memory foam' mattresses which are incredibly comfortable. Also featured in the guest bedroom are a TV with remote and front inputs, a VCR, a large walk in closet, tall dresser and writing desk.
The owners of East 408 have provided so many extras for your enjoyment. Many DVD's, videos, books, magazines, games and puzzles are there for you to enjoy. Our house is your house while you are there and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do. We want you to come back again and again so it is your home-away-from-home. Many of our guests reserve the same week/weekends each year so be sure book early.
Not pictured is the laundry/mud room, which has full size extra-large capacity washer and dryer. The laundry room is positioned right by the front door, which is great for dumping all your beach items and keeping your vacation home looking neat during your stay.
Attention to detail is apparent, even the guest bathroom is given luxurious treatment with a large wrought iron chandelier, extra large soaking tub with shower, and marble to the ceiling.
